Investors Returning To Market - Homes & Property October 05

Investors have come back to the new homes market during September, heralding a revival in the housing market and avoiding a repeat of last year's autumn market 'hibernation', reports house builders Linden Homes.

Research carried out by Linden shows that reservation of new homes across the UK during the first two weeks of September this year stood at 2,196, compared with 1,484 during the same period last year, a 47.9 per cent increase.
