Homes hold their value The Times July 2009

House prices stayed the same or increased in 97 per cent of the country in July, reinforcing the view that stability in the housing market is now widespread, figures out today show. Hometrack, the market research group, said that average prices maintained a value of about £155,6000 across the country between Jne and July.
