House Prices Up By 0.9 Per cent In November

House prices in England and Wales recovered 0.9 per cent in November, bringing the average house price to £161, 554, the latest Land Registry figures show.

It leaves property prices just 0.3 per cent lower than a year previously.

The biggest monthly rise was in Wales, where property prices rose 2.9 per cent. Every region saw a monthly increase in prices in November with exception of the Midlands.
