Capital Leads house Price Revival - Homebuyer March 06
Following the recent stagnation in the British housing market, London appears to be leading the revival across the country. The latest figures from property research company Hometrack reveal that most of the country has seen static prices over the last couple of months, whilst the Capital has seen house prices jump by twice the national average.
There is agreement within the industry that, despite stagnation across most of the country over the past year, we are well on the path to recovery. Exhibitors at the Homebuyers Show believe the market will continue to pick up in 2006.
