Rewards to Boost Property Prices - The Times November 05

Hefty bonuses are expected to give a much needed lift to the property market, particularly in Central London and The Home Counties.

Ross Walker, UK economist, pointed out that last time bonuses were at this level last year housing prices in London in 1998 were up 21.4 per cent. By 1999 they had increased 26 per cent.
