Strong rises in house prices in London and the South East continued in June, The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) said. Its monthly update showed that 28 per cent more surveyors reported rising prices than falling prices last month, up from 20 per cent in May and suggesting the fastest pace of house price rises for more than two years.
