House Price Data - The Times December 05

House prices are set to continue rising during next year, the Nationwide Building Society forecast yesterday.

It predicted that prices will at worst stagnate and at best climb by 3 per cent over the course of 2006, after increasing by 2.4 per cent so far this year.
