UK 6th Biggest in Growth - The Times Mar 08

House prices growth in the UK was the sixth biggest in Europe last year, with property prices in the majority of European countries slowing sharply in the second half. The report, from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, indicated that the UK was the only country of the 20 surveyed where the credit crunch has started to have an impact, resulting in a noticeable drop in borrowing levels.
