Rightmove See Price Rises - The Sunday Times Oct 2005

www.rightmove.co.uk, a website that monitors 130,000 properties on sale at the mid to lower end of the market says that the average asking price in Britain is now £195, 407 and prices are rising.

The website also says "Estate Agents are at their busiest since the start of the year. It has taken months of realistic pricing for sales volumes to start to recover."
