How should I prepare for viewings?

Obviously first impressions do count and keeping your flat as tidy as possible will really show your property off to its full potential. We recommend opening windows (apart from those that let in unwanted sounds), fully drawing back the curtains to let as much light in as possible, turning lights on during winter, turning off the radio and television and if possible put some fresh flowers into the main living area.
