If repairs are delayed, can I stop paying rent?

We strongly advise you not to, as you would be breaking your tenancy agreement and could be taken to court. If Maxim is dealing with the property, please call and we do all we can to help. If the landlord is managing the property, you may need to seek professional help if a repair is not dealt with.
