Who should I contact and who pays for repairs?

The landlord or Maxim (if the property is managed) should arrange any repairs including appliances. However any breakages are the responsibility of the tenant, which would normally be deducted from the deposit unless otherwise agreed. A tenant should report repairs and breakages as soon as they occur.
